“Pano Christou has been CEO of Pret A Manger since October 2019. Pano’s journey with Pret began 23 years ago when he joined the Carnaby Street shop as an Assistant Manager back in 2000. He worked his way up through the business to become Managing Director of Pret UK in 2014 and Chief Operating Officer at the start of 2019. Pano also sits on the board of Espresso House which is a Scandinavian coffee chain.
“In recent years, Pano’s focus has been steering Pret through the COVID-19 pandemic, adapting Pret’s business model, including the launch of Club Pret, the company’s unique loyalty programme offering 20% off all food and drink, and up to five barista-prepared drinks per day for £30 per month. Pano has continued to build Pret into a truly Global brand, while also driving forward its ongoing support for the Pret Foundation as one of the charity’s Trustees.”
The location will be in Victoria, we will book the venue once we confirm numbers to accommodate as many of you as possible. Please register early as it will be on a first come first served basis.

Should you need to cancel your participation, kindly notify the Chapter Manager via email or WhatsApp message no later than 72 hours before the event. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee of £100 + VAT.
