The Forum experience is ranked by members as their favourite EO benefit. Through Forum, EO members connect with peers during monthly meetings, committing to give each other confidentiality, peer support, accountability, and development, in a safe and non-judgmental environment.
Members must enrol in Forum Training, a course that introduces the key Forum principles to participate.
EO’s Forum Training Program (FTP) will help you learn how Forums are structured and moderated, and how to apply best practices to ensure you get the most out of your participation. It will also give you a first taste of what a Forum meeting could look like!
