Join us to hear the inspiring story of Avner Halperin - an entrepreneur and executive in the fields of Digital Health and Big Data Analytics.

He is Chairman of the Board at EyeControl and leads innovation initiatives at Sheba Medical Center. Avner Halperin was co-founder and CEO of EarlySense - a leading digital health company.  The company developed an "invisible" sensor that measures heart and breathing to provide early warning of impending health crisis.  The company had to make multiple pivots before becoming a standard of care in US hospital beds and saving tens of thousands of lives globally.

Avner had to navigate the business through strategic agreements with Google, Philips and Samsung; drastic layoffs during challenging times, and intensive growth spurts.  Recently, the company also responded quickly to deliver COVID-19 targeted analytics and was recently named a Genesis prize finalist for innovative COVID-19 care.

Avner is also a prolific inventor with 35 global patents and a lecturer on hitech innovation in universities and TED events and chairman of the board of a leading NGO in Israel.
