SCALING UP WORKSHOP / 8:00 - 17:00

Business leaders need great people both inside the company and out - investors, suppliers, customers, partners, advisors - as well as a great support network at home. All of these people are critical to the business.

This event will be a full-day, highly interactive, and fast-paced workshop on content based on the book “Scaling Up” by Verne Harnish.

You will receive renewed energy and direction for your business that will help you take your business to the next level. This workshop is intended for members seeking to break out of the status quo and generate rapid growth.

Some of the topics we will be discussing are: Personal relationship goals, specific accountabilities for the company's function and business units, techniques for attracting and hiring talent, management practices to keep everyone engaged.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation is free of charge till the 21st of February.
No-shows and any cancellations made from the 22nd of February will result in a cancellation fee:


- No show/late cancellation of 25 euros for drinks on Tuesday evening
- No show/late cancellation of 100 euros for the Learning Day on Wednesday
- No show/late cancellation of 100 euros for the Impact Day on Thursday
